Poor Service Followed Up By ****** Slur

On 20/01/2012 I entered Mr Price Home Eastgate knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. I asked the first salesperson that I encountered to assist and he said that he would be with me in a moment. Ten minutes later the salesperson came back to me to say that they were out of stock and that I could buy the demo models if I wished. I advised the salesperson that I wanted a new set and wasn't fussed by where they came from as they would be delivered. I took another TWENTY minutes for the transaction to be completed.

I was disgusted with the service and said as much to the manageress. I took the area manager Lorna's number to complain. As I got to the door the store manager called after me that if I wasn't happy I didn't have to buy from them (I had just spent R7284). I confronted her on this statement and her comment was "sometimes whites are entitled". I saw red. I am actually coloured and proud of it, and it should make no difference. I immediately called Lorna and told her the full story. Lorna advised that disciplinary action would be taken and that my delivery fee would be waived and I would be kept updated.

I have heard nothing from Lorna and my calls are going unanswered.
