I have received no response from Mr Price. Every month I pay my account ON TIME. For some or other reason my December payment, made the day after Xmas (26-Dec) was not allocated. I only discovered this when I contacted customer services to change my payment terms. They wouldn't do it because my account was apparently overdue. I informed a Darryl Frank that my account is NOT in arrears and I sent him the proof of payment to confirm. It was acknowledged yet Mr Price still sent the wrong information to the ITC. My profile on ITC now shows that my Mr Price account was in arrears by 30 days! I have received no feedback nor apology from them and I emailed Darryl again 10 days ago to find out why my account was not updated, still no reply. I have made a payment again and I also checked my ITC profile again and no change has been made, it still looks like I'm a bad payer. I find it extremely unfair that I have to suffer because no one bothered to update the accounting records during the festive season! All i know is that I am planning on paying the balance as soon as I can and closing my account with Mr Price! This is NOT customer service! |

| Indifferent: Received a phone call and email, but why does it require a public complaint on Hello Peter for queries to be resolved or even given any attention! I manage an IT Helpdesk for 1000s of users globally so I am well aware of what great customer service is and I'm afraid this is not it. When a complaint reaches Hello Peter we all know it has to be bad....and that no help was given when needed. Nonetheless, I appreciate that finally my query was given attention. | |||
