This is my second complaint after the first one was ignored. Last year I logged a complaint about a couch i bought at Mr Price Home Jabulani Mall April last year and it was exchanged after 3 months with a new one. The new one looked promising but after 3 months it started making the cracking sounds like the first one, it sounds like it is about to break. The wooden frame is weak and felt when seating. I have tried to be civil about the whole issue but the branch manager is not taking ownership. All i get from the store are **** about the quality tester how is always on leave since last October. I went to the store on Saturday(07/01/2012) the branch manager told me that the quality guy is still on leave and he will call me on Monday(09/01/2012) till today(11/01/2012) i haven't received any call from Mr Price Home. All I need now is a full refund because I don't think Mr Price Home will give me Quality and to top it all the manager there is a |

| Utterly Disgusted: Mr Price send a guy to inspect the couch 3 or 4 weeks ago and the guy did check the couch he did confirm that the couch is not suppose to make noise but now they are blaming me because 1 of the arm rest is broken from just balancing on it with my hand( only the middle wood is broken not the whole arm rest). They say I have abused the couch and I say if I have abused the couch can they prove that, but since then no one has called me with feedback. And that was 2 weeks ago. | |||
