| I've been paying my account on time every month since July 2009 each and every month. This December I made a mistake on my internet banking and paid R33.00 short of what my installment was. For the first time since I've opened the account!!! Now I get harrassed by call centre agents wanting to know if I can pay the full amount next month. This is totally unaceptable!! If I had a bad paying record or was R300.00 outstanding I can understand that, but calling me for R33.00!!! The cost of the calls to me is most propably costing Mr Price more than that!! The total account is about R907.29, I will be paying everything end of this month and I WILL close the account. Never in my life will I buy from you again!!! | |||
