Just been to the Fourways Mall Mr Price Home store. Having stood at the till, where 2 staff were attempting to help customers and the other 4 milling around with a delivery which had just happened, the store manager arrives. On asking her to do something about the speed at which the customers were being attended to (I was next in line and had already waited 10 minutes, with another 3 people behind me) and suggesting they attended to the delivery guy out of sight of their customers, I was told in a very rude manner to take this up with Mr Price Head office, as she had no place else to do this... and with that, she continued to ignore the growing queue of people. Her name - Sarah - store Manager. Well so much for customer service - no apology, just deal with it or go somewhere else. When is someone in this country going to bring back competent trained employees that are actually interested in serving the customers that are leaving their hard earned money in a store. Mr Price Fourways will not be seeing this on again!! |
