My concern with Nicole was that out of all my purchases at mr price home I had a problem with. * I bought a duvet set but once I got home and opend it - the print was half way printed accros. I then took it back and took another set. One week later when I did a hand wash the printing and valvet prints peeled off. * I also bought couch cusions but returned them because the zipper was loose and on the sides looks like its been stiched by hand. I took it back and got my money back. * I then bought LED moon jar lamps from mr price sport. Ive exchanged them like 10 times already because they never seem to work. With all of the above ive send pictures to Nicole Khotsa as she requested and was told she will check with quality department. According to them there is nothing wrong with the quality. I was told to take it back to the shop and its the store managers dision what to do. With all my purchases that ive returned the past 2 months im sure they can track all my purchases, because I had to fill in all my contact details. Looking forward to hear from someone with regards to their good " quality" |
