| We purchased a two piece L sofa, from Mr. Price in April 2011 just after our wedding! We really loved the set but the price was very high R6000, but we still proceeded to purchase it! My complaint now is the following, the support legs are bent and the frame of the sofa cracks each time anyone sits on it. The inner cushioning indents so much that in a couple of months i feel that it will tear and make holes. We are so horrified at the quality of the product especially knowing we are still paying off the R6000 and the end product is going to break soon and we would then be forced to purchase a new sofa! We would like this to be resolved. We have seen other sofas in your stores cheaper and better quality than the sofa we have purchased. Your suggestions please! | |||
