Mr D Pathetic customer service

This i literally the last chance I've given these guys to deliver my food. I've been let down more than 5 times before this and I swear it's gotten me to this point. My order was delayed for over 1 and a half hours and when it was received my food was cold. When I asked the driver, he says they just prepared the food now. When I called the call centre they told me that they're not responsible for the food which arrives. I am beyond disappointed with Mr D as I was genuinely a regular supporter of the Mr D service but after dealing with their disgusting attitude and pathetic customer service, this will be my last. This app will now be deleted and never repeated. Goodbye Pathetic Mr D!
