| March 2011 we took our Asiawing truck to Motolek Witbank for reparations. Motolek told us it was the alternator and they would have to do alternations to the alternator because they do not have that specific make. We agreed and they worked on the truck, we went to collect the truck, paid them in full and went home.The next day the truck was still faulty and messing oil everywhere and one of the technicians came to our house to fix it again. The first time we drove with the truck, about 2km and the truck stopped; we had to tow the truck back to the house. We told them that the truck broke down again and that there was a big problem and it seemed it had run dry ( no oil) and seized. Motolek told us to get a mechanical report from an Asiawing agent. Mechanical report showed that they were to blame for the truck braking down. We send everything and phoned numerous times, even emailed on numerous times, but still no answer. Motolek offers no customer service; we tried to do this in a civil matter, but with no results.Their negligence resulted in our truck braking down twice, they made the same mistake 2 times and we had to pay for both. We have photos and reports. NO COMPENSATION!!! | |||
