I recently bought a new Toyota Hilux and I've spent a fair amount of time researching what the various tracking companies had to offer. I then came across what people had to say about MixTelematics on "Hello Peter". I must say that I've been amazed by the number of complaints raised against MixTelematics on your website. I decided to go them anyway as none of the other companies offered remotely the same product as they do. I installed the MX3 unit in my vehicle. The installation happened on time at my premises and not a single scratch on my vehicle. (well done to the mobile fitment centre!) I was very surprised when I received a phone call from their control room the very same evening, enquiring whether everything was ok as my vehicle reported a low voltage alarm. This happened every time I switched on my driving lights. The control room arranged to have the mobile fitment centre check it out and the problem was sorted. What amazed me is that they phoned me within a minute after the vehicle send out an alarm - every time!! My compliments for staffing your call centre with pleasant and professional staff, willing to go the extra mile. Well Done MixTelematics!! |
