I'll convert my original complaint once hellopeter allows me to, but in the meantime I would like to compliment the fantastic service I received from Miekie Liebenberg and his team. I originally submitted a complaint on Friday afternoon, after business hours. Despite the fact that it was after 5, Miekie Liebenberg contacted me within 15 minutes of the complaint going up. He apologized, and promised that he would take personal responsibility for getting a tracking unit fitted on Monday morning. This morning I was contacted by Prebashnee Naidoo, who organised an installation team, to come to my work. The mobile unit was delayed slightly, and Prebashnee made sure to keep me updated. George soon arrived, and he was friendly and professional. The minute he left, Prebashnee phoned me, made sure the installation had been successful, and tested my unit. My highest compliments to Miekie and his team. Together they have turned an annoying lack of service into a very positive service experience. It reassures me that Matrix management take their customers so seriously. My faith is restored. Thank you. |
