I HAVE PLACED 2 COMPLAINTS THIS IS BIG NUMBER 3. FIRST THEY STUFF UP MY BANKING DETAILS DONT MAKE FOLLOW UP CALLS ON VEHICLES MOVEMENTS, AND NOW AFTER THERE MESSUP I ARRANGED TO SORT OUT THERE ARREARS DUE TO THERE INCOMPOTANCE AND I GET THREATENING SMSES FOR HAND OVERS AND DISCONNECTION OF MY UNIT. TODAY IS WEDNESDAY 11/01 I WAS TOLD ON MONDAY 09/01 I WOULD RECEIVE MY REMOTE FOR MY VEHICLE STILL NOTHING, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO APPOLOGISE FOR JUST NOT TURNING UP ON MONDAY. MATRIX IS WASTING PEOPLES MONEY THERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, WHAT MORE MUST BE DONE |
