| In the course of last week i dealt with Kelsi after i requested to cancel my Contract with Matrix Vehicle Tracking due to NO SERVICE. This was the umpteenth time that Matrix have handled my account very badly. They did not provide the service i entered into and Kelsi called me on 28/10/2011 to try and convince me in her way by changing the unit fitted in the vehicle. I told her that i am not impressed with the DID Card to which she agreed to and said that i am not the first client to complain about this. I eventually told her that i will give Matrix a last oppertunitty to convince me in retaining my confidence. She agreed to reduce my premium by R100pm and have another unit installed. 3 Days later no one had made contact with me and i then agreed to prceed with the cancellation. Upon doing so Kelsi had a change of heart and referred me to my contract and said i should pay R2000 before she will consider the cancellation. In the meantime Matrix called to remove the unit from my vehicle at their cost to which she wasnt even aware of at the time. The "service" level of Matrix is pathetic to say the least and the staff are arrogant. | |||
