I contacted Matrix on 04/01/2012 to have my unit in service overide. This was confirmed by the operator. I have received three SMS's to inform me that there was a trip in progress. The vehicle was being serviced and needed a test drive. According to customer service I should ignore these SMS's. It also happens that I receive an SMS when I am in the vehicle with my tracking unit. An SMS would arrive to inform that a trip is in progress. In my view this product of Matrix does not fulfill its functions. Matrix will never convince me that it is a superior product. |
