We have been trying to sort our account out since August last year. We have sold one vechile - they will sent change of ownership form NEVER does. Now that created another account for the person that has taken over the car. So they are getting paid TWICE for the SAME tracking box!!!!! How can this be possible at all. Then they went and created another account for what I dont know!!!! The service is really bad and a person keep phoning and they keep saying that it has been allocated to the correct departments. I dont think that departments is working as we NEVER get any feedback or any phone calls. Today I phone to speak to a Senior and even the Senior did not want to speak to me - told the lady at the call centre to take a mess she will phone me back. This was 4 hours ago!!! Now (edited by Hellopeter.com at the request of Mix Telematics) can you please get your staff some training and show or train them to lift a phone and how to make a call back. THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVERY RECEIVED FROM A COMPANY!!!!! 7 months to sort out a littel problem. SHAME ON YOU!!!! |
