HEADLINE	Still waiting!!!
Received a call from Matrix on the 10th Nov, was told that the battery on my tracking unit was failing and needed to be replaced. I would receive a call to setup a time/date to have this done. 21 Nov I called Matrix to ask when this would be done, again was told I would receive a call to setup time/date. 25 Nov I called again to find out and was given a Ref. No!!! Whoopy doo!! I was also told that my unit was pretty old and could get a new one for a nominal fee + resigning for 2yr contract (thought 2yr deals we're not part of the NCA!!) 28 Nov I called yet again to be told someone from Sales needed to call me!!! Mentioned tothem that my car would be in for service on 29 Nov, and they could do it then if they get their act together, then I hung up!! I feel a call to Tracker coming!!! Not Impressed: They jumped but it rook a report here to do it! Also since I got the car back the alarm thinks it's a great idea to go off at all hours of the night & early morning. But I will be taking it up with Opel too!!
