Shocking service

I recently purchased a used car that has a Matrix unit fited. I was advised to go to Fourways Car Security and Sound to have the unit switched on, which I duly did. They charged me R792.30, and gave me a form to complete. I called the Matrix call centre (to clarify the monthly charge) and was told by repeated consultants that I should not have paid any money to FCSS to reconnect - My call was escalated many times as they said I should have paid nothing. Salome Sekotla stated that FCSS must refund my money. I called FCSS and requested them to call Salome (which they did not do) and so called Salome back who assured me she would call FCSS, and call me back. I am still waiting. Why am I making all these calls in the first place !?I am very dissappointed, and want my money back from your agent (which has Matrix signs all over their building). We can then talk as to whether I want to even sign a contract with you. If you are this bad at sorting out issues, am I even going to get my car back if it gets stolen ? Hmmmmmm. Please get somebody senior to call me.

Utterly Disgusted: It is 21 January 2012 and this issue has still not been resolved. I have now requested a full refund from Matrix. Even the customer support lady said she is totally embarrassed by the situation.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !
If you get hijacked it will take 2 months to get any help, and even then, only maybe...
Please use ALTECH NETSTAR - We had one of our fleet at work hijacked, and the vehicle was recovered in 19 minutes !
