| I have the MX3 top of the range units installed in three of my vehicles. My experience over the last few days are none of FastTrac, X-Ray Vision, Internet Tracking, GPS "PinPoint" Positioning and IPhone Tracking works. Some have disclaimers that effectively nullify the promised functionality. All cell providers have coverage maps and hence Matrix should be able to tell you exactly where these services will work. When I phoned this morning to query why the iphone app shows the wrong location and why it cannot ascertain the position when asked to do so, I was informed it is dependant on the signal strength. I checked the cell coverage for the main cellular providers and vehicle in question was covered by both, yet could not be located. I was also informed that they can only report the vehicles positions to a maximum accuracy of 160m to 10km. Internet Tracking, GPS "PinPoint" Positioning and IPhone Tracking does not work and cannot be trusted as a tool to safeguard your loved ones. | |||
