Matrix tracking device

This is my problem.
On thursday the 24/11/11 afternoon around 16:30 i called Matrix to test my unit. For as far as i recall it was the first time i check my unit but it says on the booklet from matrix that the unit must be checked once a month, which is fair enough.

Now my problem is on thursday one of the guys from Matrix called Andile told me my unit has'nt been working since June,that means i have been paying for services that were not rendered by matrix & should something happen to the car i am slightly to lose out from the insurance due to the tracking device not working properly.

Now on Friday the 25/11/11 i called matrix again and i spoke to George who promised me that Kgomotso will get back to me in an hour that was around 12:00 midday.
Well i waited for almost the whole day until i decide to make another call to matrix and i got through and speak to Sifiso who tried to put me through to Kgomotso to tell me what needs to be done to get my device in a working system.
To no avail i didn't get any help from anyone on my third attempt.

Now i need my tracking device certificate for my insurance.

Not Impressed: I am not happy at all with the service provided by Matrix. On tuesday Matrix has arranged for a new device to be installed but i had to wait for an hour for one of your mobile agency to meet me to install the device. On another note i had to make a phone call to follow up and find out if my device will be replaced. I am not happy at all with your service. It's poor for a security company.
