I received my bank statement and saw a DB of R299 from Matrix on 1Dec 2011 and again on 3Jan 2012. On 4 Jan I called the call centre and was told that there was a contract signed by a Mr CM van Howrick(if I heard correctly) and my bank details were listed on this account. I have NEVER had any account with Matrix, only Tracker, so I'd like to know how they got my details. Anyway, I was given a reference no. 1058960 and told an investigation would be done and that I would be called. No call. I followed up on 5 Jan and was promised a call before the close of business but still I am waiting. I hate empty promises of follow up calls that will be made when they aren't. They should have just told me that "sorry lady you will have to do ALL the follow up in this case" This is pathetic |
