Lied to me on monthly payments

Upon contacting them, I was told that the unit in my car was not supported/made any more and I HAVE to pay for a new model unit. My monthly payment also went up and had to pay R1500 to get someone to come and install the new unit. I phoned back to cancel everything and go to another tracker company, I was told they would pay for the person to come out and my monthly fee would be R99 even though I'm a Santam customer.

The first month after that two payments went off from my acount one on the old monthly amount, R127.98 and another R278. I emailed and asked what this was and someone phoned me back and said they only gave R99 pm to Outsurance customers. I then told her to look at the records of my conversations with them and what the additional payments where for? She said her supervisor will phone me. It's been about 3 days now and a monthly payment of R139 went off this morning... This is shocking that I was lied to like this

Utterly Disgusted: I was contacted the same day by Natasha who assured me that everything will be sorted out and I'll receive the additional amounts deducted back and how sorry they where, etc.

This was the last feedback I received. I emailed Shavonne Paul on 06/12/2011 to say I haven't received anything the promised me as of yet as per his post in response to my complaint. I've received no response of any kind  from Mix Telematics.
