I am having a problem with my new contract and I'm trying to sort this out but I'm getting no response to the emails I've sent to their customer care division or Shavonne Paul, whom I see has responded to previous complaints. When I phone the call centre, it's just as frustrating!! By posting this message, is this the only way that I will get them to respond to me??? To all those people that have also had to go this route, I feel your pain! G Barker |
