Fitting inferior tracking devices into vehicles

Phoned Matrix on 16/12/2011 @ around 9h15. Unit in vehicle not responding for the 4th. time this year. Matrix is misleading the public and importing inferior products from China (Keep in a cool place!) and install it in our vehicles. Their Billing and Accounts Dept. is a disaster, they are incompetent. One of our accounts was taken over by another person and we still paying subscription for it although the other person is also paying for the same subscription. Matrix!!!!
