Faulty Unit

I have joined Matrix in early 2010 and since then I'm having problems with my unit. The first unit was out of warranty so I had to replace it. Two weeks later the same problem again. They sent out a technician to fix the unit. Today I had to find out there is something wrong again. Matrix please tell me WHY am I paying for something I don't get. I pay for your service every month and this is what I get. I want a manager to phone me ASAP as this is unacceptable. I will go out of my way to tell people the bad service I got from Matrix.
