I installed a mx 3 in January and have only had problems with their DID cards in the beginning. On Wednesday the 9 Nov I started receiving sms's every time I drove my car. I phoned there Call center and told them that I am not happy with receiving sms's every time I drive, when I installed the system It was sold to me as, it will notify me if the car moves without the did card, now they send me a sms every time the car moves. I also got a phone call from their customer service where I was told that I had a option to downgrade but I need to pay in. I have also had their call center promised to phone me back, but still waiting. I have also had their call center put their phone down in my ear. There service is horrible! |
