In March 2011 I fitted an MX3 unit to both mine and my wife's car. Since then every time I drive my car I got a call asking if everything is ok. Then after a lot of calls to customer care and even going to their office in Midrand they changed my system to send me a sms every time I start my car....? This is not what I am paying for. If I get hi-jacked now and they take my phone (and they do) what then. There is no alert nothing. My wife's car works fine just what they advertised. So why can they not fix mine? |

| Utterly Disgusted: I got a phone call this morning saying that it will be fixed by 12:00pm and to then please test it. Then I will also be getting a call at 13:30 to confirm that I am happy... Took the car for a drive (on DID in the car.) Still no call. Not from Matrix say there is a violation nor the promised call to check if I an happy now.? | |||
