| HEADLINE | Cannot find device in vehicle,but still to pay! |

| My vehicle was installed with a Matrix tracking device as a requirement from my insurance company. They required to sign a 36 month contract on installation of the tracking device. Was given the option in the contract to transfer the contract into another owners's name should I sell the vehicle, alternatively the unit can be taken out at own cost and installed under the same contract into another vehicle. I sold the vehicle before the expiry date of the contract and wanted to install the device into the new vehicle. The installer could not manage to find the device at the location recorded of Matix's system. They offered to send a new device to be installed into my new vehicle, which I declined. They refuse to cancel the contract although they cannot prove that the device is installed in my old vehicle. Threatening that I will breech my contract if not paying the contract up to date although they are in breech as they cannot find the said device in the vehicle. | |||
