| I had my Matrix alert device removed from my Hyundai Accent on Friday 27th January. Upon receipt of her I noticed the central locking via the door was not working ; clock and interior lights were also not re-connected. Emailed Natasha on 30/01/2012 informing her of the non working parts AFTER their technician had worked on the Hyundai. I also mentioned then that I need to have the unit, for which I am paying installed in my new car. Robert called me on the 30th and I was unable to speak to him as I was in ameeting and requested him to please phone me again after 12h00. To date I have had no 2nd call nor has anybody conteacted me to re-install the device I am paying for in my new car at my house. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I have not received any apology for messing up my Hyundai when they removed the device nor have they offered to cover any costs to repair PLUS I paid R650,00 for the removal of the device AND NOW I must pay R1090,00 to have it re-installed in my new car. This is an absolute rip-off. My husband has a Netstar device. A technician came from Newcastle to Piet Retief, removed it from the 1st Qashqai & re-installed it in the 2nd Qashqai at a TOTAL cost of R750,00. I think I must move to Netstar where | |||
