JUST THE OTHER DAY I PUT UP A COMPLAINT RE THIS COMPANY AND THERE **** SERVICE. FIRST THEY HAD MY BANKING DETAILS INCORRECT THERE MESS UP, AND THEN THEY DONT BOTHER TO CALL WHEN YOU DRIVE AROUND WITH OUT YOUR CARD TO MAKE SURE ALL IS OK. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD DEACTIVATE THE CARD AND ACTIVATE THE SERVICE ON MY EGNITION AND I WOULD RECEIVE FOLLOW UP CALLS, THIS IS NOT HAPPENING, BECAUSE OF THERE MESS UPS AND **** SERVICE MY ACCOUNT HAS FALLEN BEHIND WHICH I AM TRYING TO SORT OUT NOW THEY WANT TO THRATEN ME WITH HAND OVER, WELL THEY MUST GO RIGHT AHEAD, I HAVE BEEN BEGGING MATRIX TO SORT OUT THIS MESS HOW MANY TIMES NOW, BUT THEY DONT BOTHER I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH PEOPLE THAT SHOW SO LITTLE INTEREST IN THERE CUSTOMERS THIS IS A DISGRACE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOW DOES ONE GET THEM TO ASSIST YOU 100 % THIS COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY ADVERTISE TO BE THE FIRST MONTH YES AND AFTER THAT WELL HELP YOUR SELF |
