Bad or no service

We bought a Hyundai in November 2012 (pre owned) the car went in to Hyundai a week later with a faulty battery this was checked and supposedly sorted out but problem persisted. On Monday the car was taken back to Hyundai to check they could not find the fault and contacted Matrix to check their installation.
In spite of numerous phone calls to Matrix they have still not been to check the car.Today they claimed they did not know the car was at Hyundai and had been there for 2 days Hyundai phoned them in the first place.
We are a Nursing Services Company and urgently need the car Ref 1061318 We have tried to speak to the Manager and he is never available and does not return calls Registration YXN755GP
