we not on your system, after 4 years

I tried the call center, and was jerked around. we called again and were told to send a email to "customer care"
we have had your tracking device 3+ years.
you fitted a new one less than 1 year ago.
we not geting invoices
your call center have none of our details on the system
they say they don't have our email, which is interesting since we got invoice buy email for a while before it stopped. they also say they dont have my mobile no, which again i very interesting since when i remove the battery i get the sms telling me of the power down, yet George says you dont have our cell no. another LIE
they also have out incorrect address which changed 2 years ago.
all of this was updated when we had the last BIG problem with you and when you installed a new device to sort the problems out.
each an every time i have to deal with you its a nightmare. why?
George on the call center promised to email all outstanding invoices, he never did, another LIE.

so here i am again at HP to get the job done, embarrassing if i were Mix.
Please send my invoices and outstanding ones, and correct my details which you have lost/deleted.

Indifferent: no explanation as to why we were deleted on the system.
BUT they did not charge for their mistake. that's one step in the correct direction.
would be good to hear back as to how this all happened as its not the 1st time.
