| I've just purchased a vehicle, and would like to fit a Matrix tracker. I called the call centre yesterday at around 16.15. The sales agent told me that she would forward my query to the scheduling department. I stressed that I was on a fairly short deadline - In order to take possession of my vehicle, I need a tracker fitted. By 12.30 today, I had had no response, so I phoned to follow up. Again, the agent took my details, and assured me that I would be contacted. It's now 17.00, and I have still had no response. I chose the product based on research, and my specific needs. It's terribly disappointing to experience this kind of complete disregard as my first contact with the company. | |||

| Over the Moon: Miekie called within 15 mins of the report going up. He promised me a unit by Mon, and Prabashnee called first thing Mon morning to arrange the fitment. The unit was fitted by 11.30 on Monday. Great response. | |||
