HEADLINE	INTERNET & CALL CENTRE TRACKING DOES NOT WORK
S. Shongwe I had an MX2 unit fitted on my car about 8 Months back - I must say i am impressed with the Geo loc service which was added later... 1. Matrix has failed to position my car when testing via the call centre. 2. My unit last tested itself on the 31 Mar 2011 19:39:28. 3. Polling for the car's position has never worked on the the internet. My worry is, should the car be hijacked or stolen, will they be able to locate it then??? and their usual answer is a different network will be activated therefore i shouldn't worry because from their side the unit works... Over the Moon: Call -10 min. after complain, Andre Xplained everything to me. Faith (call centre) confirmed Vehicle's position and guided me through internet tracking... A 3 month movement report report was emailed to me... My wife wont be happy if She sees it...L
