He called to inform us that our car needed to have the tracker checked and how come we had not done that. We were not aware of it but he started harrassing us and telling us its our fault and they will not honour any claims in case the car is stolen. He was rude and had an attitude problem. When they tested the tracker it was found not to work but it was installed less than a year back, what happened? and doesnt the company take any responsibility or ownership for their devices or what about client service? looks like its an alien concept to this company and its star rep Robert. We are sorry we choose Matrix next time we wont make this mistake again! |
