| TRACKING DEVICE Installed twice but faulty. On the 20th May 2011 I spend 2hr at Matrix Service centre they gave wrong info the car is parked in Rockville not where I stay.Minutes later they said my account is suspended phoned accounts they confirmed the account is up to date.Their Technician said the is off I have to pay R250.00 battery backup,explain why the unit is not working.He insist I must phone the call centre. The service centre promised to make a follow up and contact me before 5pm on that day. May 21 2011 7am I got a call to bring the car in the SERVICE centre. Upon checking it they said they can't help the battery is off whilst it is still under warranty. Months I drove without a tracking device debited and paid for.They are failing to offer service demand I must continue as it is contractual they are bridging the contact and expect me to be loyal to what is not working.An hour l left on that 21 May they called my son saying I pressed panic button.The remote was then in the the boot of the car.Natasha from MATRIX I spoke to telephonic promised documentation after complaining of he poor service I need to terminate nothing to date.She said Oh! its a sub contract sorry.. | |||
