| I had an upgraded system placed into my vehicle about 3-4 weeks ago and since then despite nuemrous promises, different stories of problems, have not been able to get someone to get the activation of the logbook facility sorted out. They advertise about making life easier -- joke, as it is nothing but one great frustration especially with all the different stories as to what is happeneing and not. First you get the story of bacj up problems, then they upgrading sytems etc etc. The latest is that the sytem in the vehicle is allegedly not responding .... so the bigger question is does the sytem work at all ???? | |||

| Indifferent: Within a few hours of having lodged my complaint I received a call from Mix Telematics. They proceeded to replace the system in the car and once again that is where it has stopped as we are now once again a few days down the line and the problem remain unresolved being told on a daily basis that IT Deprtament are looking into the problem, how long does that take one must ask and how much more frustration and empty promisses must be accepted. | |||
