"Our business is people" ? please. When I phoned to cancel a contract that only has 5 months left because i'm MOVING overseas to study for missionary work, I get told "sorry you can't cancel this contract, it is a 3 year contract.." Instead of making a plan, advising, or i dunno actually cancelling it, I simply get told oh sorry, your future means stuff all to us because hey, you're on a 3 year R200 a month contract that has 5 months left. wow. Our business is people. really?.. |
