| Since original fitment numerous problems have been experienced with the Matrix unit and in all instances the problem had to be escalated to higher levels to get it resolved. On 2 occasions vehicle had to be returned after service. Cussrently a unit that was replaced a couple of months ago and now has a flat battery - told by support desk that I must replace the unit (sign a new more expensive 24 month contract) because they cannot replace the batteries in the old unit. In the light of the history of very poor service from Matrix I will now rather look at other companies that provide a similar service. | |||
