I had put through a claim for my car that was involved in an accident (Fire) and MiWay were very quick to send the Car Towing truck (same day) and the investigator was at my house to meet with me and my family within few days. Breyten was the person who came to do the investigation and he was very friendly, very professional and very supportive. He also showed sympathy to what i was going through and indicated that "this is why I am here, should you need support from MiWay to help you go through this trauma in your life". That statement made a huge difference in my life, considering what I had to go through when my house and car caught fire. Within two weeks after I met with Breyten and after I had sent through all the required documentation, my claim was processed and paid out by MiWay.
