| I called Miway with the intention of canceling my policy as I had been offered a lower premium by another insurance premium. I believed that Miway was ripping me off hence my intention to cancel my policy. However, the consultant who answered my phone transferred me to Sechaba for assistance. He listened empathetically to my story and took me through all the important aspects of my profile. At the end he managed to match and even beat the offer from the other company and led me to a decision to stay with Miway. I'm a happy Miway client thanks to an impeccable service from Sechaba. | |||
