I migrated to MiWay from another insurer. There was a specific request I needed to be resolved w.r.t. this new policy to make it worth the while for me. Initially I experienced my request to be unresolved. However, when I called today, a consultant named Edgar not only listened to my request with patience and true understanding, but he came with a quick and effective solution. He even bettered my best hopes! This is one of those times where the deal is so good, one still cannot believe it. I am looking forward to a long road with MiWay!
