I got a better insurance package with Virgin Money, a better Premium with No excess for a valid claim above R5000. As i called to inform Miway about my interest to move to Virgin Money, the Lady by the name of Nthabiseng went an extra mile to secure me a better deal as she told me they value me as a client. Although she explained to me that my excess will remain applicable, but i have a far better monthy premium than any other insurance could match with the same benefits. I'm happy to stay with Miway, and with the kind of service they offer, i will gladly build my insurance reputation and history with them.
