| I was debitted the wrong amount and this was the 2nd time my premium magically increased. I asked for an explanation and received a bad attempt at one to say the least. Was put on hold forever and no return phone call. Why must I chase you guys for an answer? Then I call back I request a cancellation and the advisor did not try to save me and tell me he does know how I can be refunded because its such a small amount?? Its my money that you took without permission I don't care how small! So then I shop around and find cheaper premiums but think its too much admin let me reinstate so I request that the guy who cancelled my policy call me back to reinstate...guess what? No call!! | |||
