Worst Customer Experience

This message reflects my displeasure at the service received from Mercedes Benz and it's dealership.

A vehicle was ordered to be delivered by the 20th December 2011. I was told two weeks ago that my vehicle was delayed to the new year, and later received a response (after numerous enquiries) to state that there was no place on the vessel to transport my vehicle.
Due to the fact that I had ordered my vehicle in August, to be delivered on the 20th December I have sold my current vehicle.
Upon request to the dealer (CBF Motors) and Mercedes Benz direct regarding a courtesy vehicle, I have been pushed from pillar to post an not received an answer.
I have now cancelled the vehicle.
The shocking service I have received regarding this and the fact that I have had to make numerous calls and e-mails is despicable.
