| HEADLINE | Without my vehicle for a month!!!! |

| My vehicle broke down while on holiday,was brought in to Umhlanga Mercedes-benz, was told that the vehicle will take 12 working days to repair. Had to make other plans to get home to Gauteng.Phoned on 19/01/2012 to check on progress,was told part have not yet arrived.In the meantime I am without transport and I phoned them on 25/01/2012 to ask if they can't help me with a courtesy car of any kind.A fax was sent to the service manager as well. Today I only got a phonecall to tell me that it would take another 12 working days to repair (did they not order the part?) No appologies for the delay,and no offer of a car to help me in the meantime!!! Is that the kind of service we expect from a Mercedes dealership? | |||
