UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

I showed interest in a Mercedes benz 2010 C63 from union motors south since 3 January 2012. i agreed to but the car from them on 13 January 2012.

I sent the signed the OTP dated 16 January 2012 with my bank confirmation of finance approval for the car on 12 January 2012 to the salesperson. I then arranged for my desposit on 13 janaury 2012 and sent confimation to this dealer that i was buying the car. Then the dealership insisted that I must put down a deposit to reserve the car, I did so on Thursday 19th January 2012. I sms'd & e-mailed the sales person after I paid the deposit on the 19th and got no reply.

On monday 23 january 2012 they advise that they had sold the car to someone else.

Peet the manager was extremely rude in respect of their breach of contract above, advising that it is my problem and had their attorney's send me a letter nullifiling my OTP on incorrect facts and timelines and wanting to pay back my deposit!

i am out of pocket for lots of money as they have not met their obligations as an FSP and are in breach of contract/FAIS/CPA!

I refuse to be treated like this by a Mercedes benz dealership!

BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIPS BUSINESS ETHIC!
