| When I went to change my tyres I discovered that the spare-wheel had been exchanged for another spare-wheel: with a different type of tyre from that which I use and a different type of rim. I use Michellin and Avantgarde rims, and there was a parreli tyre with a different rim. When I went to raise the matter with them, as they were the last people to have access to my spare-wheel. I was taken through the loops of recycled recording tapes and lapsed period. The issue of who worked on my car as per job card, and inquiring from them in my presence since I was making such serious allegations, was not an option. | |||
