| On Tuesday 7 Feb I had to take my Merc in for a service which was booked 2 weeks prior to this date. Upon arrival I handed the Sales Advisor a list of minor things, bulbs, wiper blades and tyres to be rotated, addidtional to the service. Apparantly this "List" would result in my vehicle not being ready at the time I specified, 15H30. My vehicle has wooden trimmings of which the one on the drivers door has cracked. I was told by the Sales Advisor that Mercedes Benz would not pay for that, why, it is only covered for a year. In the course of the morning I received a call and was informed that the front brake discs need to be replaced and would only be possible in three days time, either we leave the discs and you bring in your car at a later stage as we don't have a couresy vehicle. no brake discs available, the closest branch that has stock is in the Cape. What about all the other cars in Gauteng do they not need brake discs with services. I phoned Centurion branch to check and the response you get is a no care attitude as if they are doing the customer a favour. I did not at all expect such bad service from Mercedes Benz. This is not the first bad experience that I have had. | |||
