My car was purchased in October 2011.i was told that all documentation would be forwarded to me shortly. The person who sold me my Car has moved and I was given the name of the contact admin person.It is now the end of January and I have still had no feedback PLUS my license has expired. On phoning and aking for the Admin person was told she had left and could get no assistance from who to deal with.This involved numerous phone calls and a very confused receptionist. i eventually asked for the manager of the used cars dept and was put through to Musi who assured me that a gentleman by the name of Miguel would call me to attend to my problem. this has not happened and after numerous phone calls stretching over a period of days I am still waiting some response. I have no documentation a unlicensed Car and NO help or response from one of the most supposedly credible car dealers in the country. |
