Mercedes mobilo plan falsely advsertised

MB mobilo plan offer full cost cover of eservicing/parts etc. to 60 000kms, thereafter one starts co-sharing costs up until 120 000kms, where costs are split 50/50 or so I thought.
Service interval levels are every approx 15000 kms. In actual fact the assyst computer on board advises when one is allowed to take the car in for servicing which is close to the 15 000 interval but not exactly.
I have serviced my car each time I had to. My car had done 120 500km's when I was informed it required a service. I took the car in only to be told that MB refuse to cover the 50% cost. I was not able to even if I tried to take the car in when it was exactly on 120 000km, since the dealership would also not receive authorisation from MB to commence with the service since the assyst sytem was not ready for the service. I have no way available to me to have my last service done under the Mobilo plan. This basic service is going to cost me R12000.00, and whoever I have spoken to has confirmed the details above.
I thus end up receiving 7 services and not the 8 as anticipated, and which means the mobilo plan as it is sold is a joke. Actually I believe MB to be in breach of contract. Please help!!!
